A month ago, my pregnant friend's mom put her baby shower favor, a little air plant in a small vase of rocks, on the console before I realized it. You know when I started the car, the Nav display opened and the rocks fell in! I was able to retrieve all but one - which interfered with opening / closing. The Lexus Service Team removed it perfectly and with no charge! Car was washed and vacuumed even on this rainy day. Looked great and continues to drive well. I usually wait for my car and really appreciate the separate area on the other side of the fireplace - away from TVs and most talking people so I can always get some work done. Thanks! More

Relaxing in the comfortable and classy waiting area is a just as much of a treat. After deciding to drive a luxury car (relatively speaking), I enjoy a waiting area that compliments my taste. I know I pay for it but in this case, it is a pleasure to "get what you pay for". I commend not complain about my service at Hoffman Lexus. More
