I just leased my third Lexus (two from Hoffman Lexus) and the experience was great. My husband and I worked closely with Eddie Adkins who went above and beyond the call of duty for us! The day we went to look at the NX-200t, I couldn't make up my mind on which colors and styles I liked and I unfortunately dragged Eddie and my husband around the inventory lot for about three hours sitting in different models and test driving back and forth... Long story short, Eddie never hesitated to assist us with whatever it was we wanted. His selfless service and integrity during this entire process was spot-on, everything from delivering us the price we were interested in to finding us the perfect vehicle. We are definitely going to be stopping in to say "hello" to everyone as we feel like a part of the Hoffman family. Tom Ryan and Peter Quagliaroli are also outstanding, knowledgeable individuals at Hoffman Lexus who we've worked with multiple times. When you can walk in you can enjoy the shopping experience and more important the maintenance experience. I am looking forward to future service visits at this dealership . I initially was overwhelmed by the selection but I let Walter know my list of must haves and he suggested the perfect car that met by budget. Walter was a great sales manager and helped me find my dream car. I am very pleased with my car and hope to be driving this over the next 10 years. More
