Mr. Tracey took the time and effort to research my issue associated with the driver's seat of my Lexus RX350 beyound my expectations. Once that was determined, he ordered a replacement part on a Friday and I was called on Monday that they received the part and were ready to replace the original seat cover! Upon arriving at the dealership, I was once again greeted by Craig Tracey who was extemely professional, understanding and patient with my problem and could not stop from apologizing for this factory defect - he was incredibly sincere. Lastly, I want you to know that I have never received this kind of treatment from any other car dealership(s) or even from my local repair shop in the past - Hoffman Lexus should be pround to have an employee like Craig Tracey representing them on a daily basis. In January 2010 I told my wife I would purchase any vehicle she wanted for her birthday, put had to complete three test drives of any type vehicle.
