Her bubbly personality and professional demeanor was the perfect way to start the day. The service I signed up for was not the service I actually required. She informed me of what maintenance was necessary, the time it would take and the cost. Because I thought it would be much longer, I did not plan to wait. Jocelyn then found a very nice man to give me a ride to work. He also picked me up. Even the ride to and from work was pleasant. I have never had a bad experience when receiving service from Lexus Hoffman and I would recommend them without hesitation. More
