My service advisor, Bob DiNapoli, was cordial, personable, and informative. Thye many refreshment choices made the wait much more tolerable. I drive 40 minutes to have my car serviced here,for good reason. More

However, I came in for a routine 10,000K service at 7:30am on April 19th and it took over 3 hours to get my car back. They had told me it would take about an hour and a half. I choose to stay instead of taking a loaner and they have coffee and flavored water, breakfast if I had wanted it, and I can comfortably sit and use their wi-fi to work. Everyone is super nice! I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need much work done- they are so honest! And my car was all washed and ready in no time! Previously I got free wheel alignment at another company where I bought tires and thought I would save money going there, but they stripped my lug nuts and I ended up spending $150 to correct it. Those other companies are not careful at all! More
