Very Disapointed after purchase I purchased a Lexus SUV from Hoffman Lexus and was very please with my purchasing experience. When our New SUV was purchased we were introduced to a I purchased a Lexus SUV from Hoffman Lexus and was very please with my purchasing experience. When our New SUV was purchased we were introduced to a service advisor that said we were able to stop in any time for a complimentary wash, no appointment required with the understanding that there may be a wait depending on how busy the service department was. We inquired about oil changes and were told that if the service was an oil change only, an appointment was not necessary as long as we understood we may need to wait depending on how busy the dealership was. I phoned this week to confirm that I could stop by later that day or the next morning and was told unfortunately no, but I could make an appointment 3 days later. I was extremely disappointed that the "Hoffman promise" changed after the purchase. All the service advisor had to say was that they were extremely busy this week, sorry for the inconvenience and I would not have an issue and stopped in another day More

Great but a few things to consider I love the concierge service you provide. However, my pick up time was scheduled fro between 10:00 am and 10:30 am, I received 2 separate identical em I love the concierge service you provide. However, my pick up time was scheduled fro between 10:00 am and 10:30 am, I received 2 separate identical emails saying my appointment was MODIFIED in caps like this, with new pick up time as 6:00 a.m....I called the service department asking to clarify...no one answered the day before mid day so I left a voice mail asking to be called to tell me which time was accurate. I never got a call back. I reluctantly left my car out of the garage unlocked all night with the key in the car to accommodate the 6:00 a.m. pick up since I would not be up then. NO one called me back. I had to leave later and car had not been picked up and it was picked at the 10:30 time by a wonderful pleasant man, I was later told this was a new computer system glitch. Hope that is remedied. It was confusing and I am not sure why i never got a call back to clarify. 30,000 RXX350 check up was $850.00 and did not include an alignment, which was needed, and, that was extra. I was not happy about that. More
