Not a smooth sales process It took me over 4 hours to buy a car even when I called in advance to have it ready for me and put a deposit on it. I had 2 different sales people and It took me over 4 hours to buy a car even when I called in advance to have it ready for me and put a deposit on it. I had 2 different sales people and the business manager didn't seem organized and couldn't fully explain the paperwork to my wife. There was a lot of waiting around and I was never sure what was going on. There wasn't good communication between the salesperson and business manager. This was my first Lexus purchase and was not the Lexus experience I was expecting. My next car will be an Audi or Infiniti. More

Car was being serviced for 11 days Earlier in the month I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation and was told that I needed some major work done on the car. This was all covered under warranty that we had purchased. Due to the holidays, it took 11 days. I was provided with a loaner . I don't wait there for 30 minutes, I am there for 2 hours or more. There is nothing around to walk to and I come all the way from Bridgeport. More
