My experience with Lexus is always good. Lexus prides itself on value and customers service. My car was service in a timely manner. I am aware that getting a car washed by a dealer is not Lexus prides itself on value and customers service. My car was service in a timely manner. I am aware that getting a car washed by a dealer is not the norm after servicing and I regard this service as a privilege. As such I am not expecting to have my car detailed, my disappointment was when I stepped outside and saw my car it appeared as if a child had used a rag to wipe over a black car with dust on it. This was pointed out to the service associate who apologized and said she will bring it to the managers attention. Yes, she did offer to have it rewashed but that of course would take another 30minutes. More
