After confirming the work to be done, I asked that special attention be given to the condition of the tires. I then spent 1 hour in the clean, very accommodating service lounge with excellent wi-fi access. I was back on the road 90 minutes after arriving, and the car had been rinsed and vacuumed as well. My only concern: I thought I was in for a routine oil change, following my original scheduling discussion with a service member; it turned out that it was a tire rotation and balancing call -- something that I had planned to do separately with another trusted, family provider. I was met by a wonderful woman who checked me in and then informed me that Mr. Craig Tracey wanted to speak with me himself and inspect my car himself. Both she and Mr. Tracey made me and my concerns feel very important to them. I was loaned a car since my service was going to be longer than 1.5 hours. When I came back to get my car I was so pleased and Surprised! My car looked brand new! I am so grateful and pleased to say I am a happy Hoffman customer! They are definitely number one in my book!
