I purchased a vehicle from Woo Woody and Al has made my recent vehicle purchase best experience I have ever had when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Woody years ago when he was working for a dealership in Enfield so I knew he would be someone I can trust when I ran into him again in 2015 at Hoffman Lexus. After looking at vehicles and letting Woody know what I was dealing with at the time I decided not to purchase a vehicle then. I really wanted a new vehicle but after talking to Woody he made me see things in a different light. So, when I decided it was time for a new vehicle I went back to Hoffman seeking Woody out. I was very glad to see that he was still working there. After test driving a couple of vehicles, Woody told me what we be best for me and what wouldn't. He knew what I was looking for and knew what I didn't want. He told me to give me a minute to seek what I was looking for and he found it. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I love it. Woody went above and beyond as he took the time to hear me out and actually listened. He didn't pressure me and most of all he kept it truthful with me. Car salesmen get a bad rap, but I can honestly say that I'm glad I ran across Woody because he definitely negates that theory. I would also like to thank Al Ramos for getting me a great deal. After finding my vehicle I just knew my payments wouldn't be where I wanted them to be. I made this concern to Woody and he told me don't worry about it. Well after speaking with Al and him working his magic I was very happy with the deal. Not only did I thank God but I thanked God for Al and the awesome deal he found for me. I liked the way Al explained the Lexus tiers, and how he wouldn't just put me in a deal just to get the car financed. Thank you Woody and Al for making my vehicle the best ever. Looking for someone who will listen to your needs and be straight forward and honest about purchase options, deals, and options. That person who goes up and beyond in service, that person whose greeting makes you feel welcomed... There is one man I would recommend and his name is Woody Hammond. There's something about this man that shouldn't go unnoticed. His work ethic, his tactics, his trust, hard work, and dedication has earned a loyal customer for a lifetime. Woody really takes pride in what he does. Last year I walked into this dealership with the intentions on purchasing a vehicle. I've been turned away by a manager who I feel didn't do much at all to help me so I took my money and purchased a vehicle at another dealer. Since last year, and sometime before that even though I've purchased a car from a different dealer, Woody always checked in on me to make sure my vehicle was safe and that everything was going good with my vehicle, even though I didn't purchase from him nor Hoffman. Although I had a experience before in which I wrote about, Woody was the ONLY one who reached out to me about my experience. Woody was the ONLY one who has worked his communication with me and gained me back as a customer. Woody, always reassured me that he would do everything in his power to get me a new car. And he did just that along side Al. Al, heard my situation not even for 15 minutes and the next day he was able to get me approved and drove a new car off the lot the same day. Al is hardworking and dedicated. He LISTENS and open to helping people of any and every background or ethnicity. As much times as I've been into this location that has never happened. However, Al and Woody made it happen. If it wasn't for Woody, I would not have purchased from Lexus. Woody deserves to be recognized for his hard work and dedication. He has turned a customer who would never look back or recommend Hoffman Lexus, but now I've already began bragging about my customer experience. I would rate Woody 5 stars , above If it was possible. Woody went up and beyond his expectations to satisfy me and I am a happy customer now. Spending days and long hours. Woody has never passed judgment nor has he given up on getting me a vehicle. And not because selling cars makes him money but Woody is genuine and knowledgable about his vehicles and believes in products/service offered.
