The finance guy (Al Ramos) competed our lease agreement with amounts that did not reflect our transactio READ the leasing agreement very carefully!!! The finance guy (Al Ramos) competed our lease agreement with amounts that did not reflect our transaction - this in my view bordered on fraud. I still don't know why he did. He inflated the purchase price of the car and inflated the amount I put down, with the payments staying the same - but he did not have me put the amount in the contract down. I made him add language to the contract to clarify the exact amount I was to put down and how much the dealer was to put down on my behalf. The finance guy and the manager (Sebastian) both could not (or would not) explain the reason why they would not use the "real" numbers from our sale. I eventually said ok because they added a written statement clarifying the amount I was to put down. I'm still not comfortable with the ultimate Lease Agreement because I feel the Dealer is hiding something from us. Also, be careful of hidden costs! You find out about them last minute AFTER you have struck your deal (e.g., lease termination fee) More

I left a message for Tom and he called me back and remembered our purchase so many years ago. I told Tom what I was thinking and what I was looking for. I went to the showroom on Saturday and after test driving two cars and talking to Tom I purchased a 2014 ES350. The purchase experience was as good as it was 11 years ago! I plan on buying my next Lexus from Tom a little quicker than the time between my last two purchases! Tom is a great guy and his service is second to none. More
