Charged for repairs that were not done Brought my 2010 Infinit to Hoffman Auto body. They claim to be a certified Infiniti repair facility. Asked to see the damage prior to re assembly, they only called after the car was put back together. Vehicle was rear ended and needed repair. Frame was still bent,( can see by looking under car and gaps between frame and body mounting points) rear of car visibly out of alignment, by 1/4". No alaignment performed, exhaust out of alaignment, gaps to rear doors differ by 1/4" from drivers to passenger side. What else is hidden that was not repaired ???? Unlawful. More

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a run in with a farm tractor which did extensive damage to the entire passenger side of my car. It was unbelievable to me to see the amazing repair job they did on my relatively new Honda Touring S.UV. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion, and the results were excellent. I had been told that Hoffman is known for its service, and I can certainly confirm that statement. The service people made this very unfortunate accident as pleasant as it could possibly be. I was able to rent a car right from their office, and the Manager of the Body Shop kept in touch with me all along the way.. They gave me a reasonable estimate on the repairs, and it seemed very fair to me. My vehicle looks brand new, and I'm delighted. More

It took a while to find the used part, but I got a good solution for a very competitive price. All in all I was treated very well. More
