That is not the case at Holiday Ford. My husband started the process online and it was so easy with Whitney walking him through all the steps. He was able to speak with her and talk about the deal over the phone with KC. My husband and myself went down the next day to take care of the contract and pick up the truck. We were so impressed by Whitney and KC so much. You truly feel like family. They welcome you in. There was absolutely no haggling or lying at all. They have our business now and we will continue to recommend them to everyone. They are truly the nicest people and the nicest Ford dealership we have ever been to.
