I found the vehicle I wanted but never got added information about it unless I asked specific questions. I had to call 5 or 6 times to see when the oil was changed and what kind of oil was used. Miranda in service is absolutely amazing. When you think of having to deal with service dept you typically want to cringe. We went in for a small repair and Miranda was proactive with taking care of some recalls especially since she knew how we used our vehicle. Things didn't go as she expected and we had a trip planned. She made sure that we would be able to make our travel plans. Her communication was on point. She kept us up to date on a regular basis and was patient when I bugged her for updates as well. Sales side was great, easy pricing and approvals. My concern is service side at the dodge dealership in Graham. A friend took her truck in on Wednesday with no appointment for an oil change and she was sent away to make an appointment on Friday. Online appts were available same day and even Thursday. People should be allowed to walk in for an oil change. I expect to get same day service on my son’s new truck whenever we bring it in. Making people set appts when you have slots available is petty and lazy. The mechanics were not busy as I am well aware of the treatment from the service manager to one mechanic in particular as he is my father. When we purchase our next vehicle it will not be from this location as long as she, the service manager is still working there. All of my other vehicles will also not be serviced at that dodge location in Graham. More
