They broke off my door handle inside and then wouldn’t respond to my inquiry about it or take responsibility for it. I wrote in my note regarding my car issues that the internal mechanism on the driver do respond to my inquiry about it or take responsibility for it. However, that’s exactly what they did and broke it off and then didn’t take responsibility. That’s just plain dishonest. If they are dishonest in the little things, then you should not expect them to be honest with the big things. More

This is an old dealership in Winter Park, the facilities are aged, but the service is first class, It does have a retro flavor, both in the way the customer is treated and the surroundings.
