Overall, the buying experience was positive and Matt had a no-pressure approach and was very helpful. The only criticism I have is regarding the interior of the vehicle, which was very dirty when I went for a test drive. After detailing, the rear two seats were still rather dirty/stained and there were other interior areas where spots had been missed. Justin Crum, Floor Sales Director, stated that the condition was unacceptable and offered to provide another interior cleaning/detailing free of charge. Justin offered to set this up and informed me that I would receive a call to set an appointment. I have not received a call, but hope to in the near future to close the loop on this issue. Thank you. After our old car finally gave up the ghost, we knew we needed a new one ASAP, and we saw a newer model of our old car on Craigslist (at Kuni Honda) priced within our budget. I would rate the experience a "5" except that when we returned to the dealership to close the deal it took 4 hours before we were finished friendly.
