Will (Robert Raymer) took the time to show me several options for what my expressed needs would best fit. That process changed as I originally felt only a coupe would serve my purposes. I finally settled in on a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Honda Civic. I would definitely recommend Kuni-Honda to anyone looking to purchase a New or Used vehicle. Overall, the buying experience was positive and Matt had a no-pressure approach and was very helpful. The pricing on the used 2011 Honda Pilot was a little aggressive, but somewhat reasonable considering t a no-pressure approach and was very helpful. The pricing on the used 2011 Honda Pilot was a little aggressive, but somewhat reasonable considering the Honda Pre-Owned certification, replacement of tires and other work put into the vehicle. The only criticism I have is regarding the interior of the vehicle, which was very dirty when I went for a test drive. After detailing, the rear two seats were still rather dirty/stained and there were other interior areas where spots had been missed. Justin Crum, Floor Sales Director, stated that the condition was unacceptable and offered to provide another interior cleaning/detailing free of charge. Justin offered to set this up and informed me that I would receive a call to set an appointment. I have not received a call, but hope to in the near future to close the loop on this issue. Thank you. Mostly positive experience buying a new Odyssey. Chris Squires did a great job showing us the vehicle and helping us all the way through the sales process. After our old car finally gave up the ghost, we knew we needed a new one ASAP, and we saw a newer model of our old car on Craigslist (at Kuni Honda) priced within our budget. We drove the car, and it was needed a new one ASAP, and we saw a newer model of our old car on Craigslist (at Kuni Honda) priced within our budget. Brandon and Jeff were great to work with and very friendly. I would rate the experience a "5" except that when we returned to the dealership to close the deal it took 4 hours before we were finished friendly. I would rate the experience a "5" except that when we returned to the dealership to close the deal it took 4 hours before we were finished and could drive away. Almost half this time was spent waiting to get to the finance person. It was a busy Saturday afternoon/evening, but this was still way too long. More
