We just purchased an new Pilot from Kuni Honda. I handled most of the purchase over the phone with Trenton, who was very helpful with all my questions. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed to purchase. Once we decided which one we wanted the process went pretty smoothly - we were able to wrap things up in a little over an hour. Andy was nice enough to go over how all the features worked again and synced my phone for me. Very happy with our new Pilot so far! More

We went down to look at a used Volvo XC70 that had been listed on line. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the price was very good. Matt also took the time to call me, see how the car was treating us, and thanked us again for the business. A great personal touch to our experience. Justin was equally great! We told him exactly what car, style, and timeline we were looking at and felt absolutely no pressure to make any purchase decisions today. I appreciated that I could ask Brandon all the questions I had about the vehicle. Not only did he show a high level of knowledge and expertise about Honda vehicles (performance, features, engineering), but he was also patient, straightforward, and just nice to talk to. After our test drive, I wanted to see what the interior of another car/color looked like, and he willingly fulfilled my request. It was a really pleasant experience. (They also have a hot chocolate/coffee machine which was great since it was a chilly afternoon). If we end up deciding to buy a Honda, Kuni Honda would be the place I would go (and recommend others to go). More
