I brought my New CRV into Kuni-Honda dealership on Arapahoe Rd. for my clear coat, window tinting and ECP applied inside and out. My appointment was for 9 am, I arrived early . Luckily Roberta Callow was the advisor who came to my window. God Bless Roberta, she actually helped me with this new vehicle, because the Men did not go over the inside of my vehicle. Roberta sat with me, showed me what all the buttons did, where the hood release was , went over the radio set up , and the Main thing Roberta showed me which book my code for a dead battery was and told me I would have to enter this code if or when my battery was to go dead or change the battery. She told me my car would be at dealership all day, Roberta wrote me up for a rental car, and I was off for the day. Roberta phoned me mid day to let me know what had been done on my vehicle, and that every thing would be done by 5:30 pm. I came back and Roberta went over all the details that had been performed on the vehicle, Roberta was Amazing, Roberta's service should be commended for answering my questions on this new vehicle, As a customer I am and will always make my appointments with Roberta when I bring my vehicle in for Service. Monty Ewing, my salesperson, was very supportive, gladly working around my schedule. He worked with Justin and they worked as a team to make sure I got the best price and the exact car I wanted. I love my new Honda Crosstour, it is beautiful, the drive is very smooth, a luxurious vehicle that has sports-car energy and the added safety of AWD and plenty of clearance for snowy days. I have two Honda vehicles and I have been going to this dealership since 2004 and they have always taken good care of my vehicles and of me. When I wait for service, they give me an estimated time and hav dealership since 2004 and they have always taken good care of my vehicles and of me. When I wait for service, they give me an estimated time and have consistently stayed within their estimate. They have a pleasant waiting room and I like the early morning coffee and muffins. I have never felt pressured to get additional services done. Because I have faith in this dealership, I follow their suggestions and they have kept my 2004 Honda Element and my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in top working condition. The service personnel have all been very cooperative and take the time to answer all my questions. Today I worked with Roberta Callow who was great!! More

The dealership is immaculate, and everyone there is just as friendly and nice as can be, I am definitely sold on Kuni Honda and it will be my dealership of choice in the future. We found the process to be time consuming, but worth it in the end when you get what you want at a price you can actually afford! Carol Raines worked with us initially, on-line, to find the best price on a Pilot EX-L and was able to under-bid another dealership offering the same model at the lowest price we could find in our area. Once we arrived at Kuni Honda, we were introduced to Robert Raymer, Product Presenter. Mr. Raymer showed us our color and trim options on the lot then completed the sale process with me. I found Robert to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. This made our car-buying experience painless and less intimidating. I would definitely recommend Kuni Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
