I bought my Pilot 7 years ago at Kuni Honda. I decided I would always have it serviced there so that there would be an accurate record of everything I had done to it. Each time I came in I worked with very pleasant people but then I met Roberta. I liked her right away!! Since that day, when I call to make an appointment, I wait until Roberta is available. If she isn't able to take my call, I leave a message, and she always calls me back as soon as possible. She knows a lot about the business, but she also listens to me. No pressure about doing a service I don't want to do. I really appreciate that. She is also a people person and I enjoy talking to her on a personal level. I would think she has absolutely everything Kuni Honda wants in a person that works with the public. I'll be back in a couple of months, and you can bet I'll be asking for Roberta! I'm usually annoyed when I pull into a new car lot and I get swarmed by sales people. When we pulled into Honda, I expected the same thing, especially since there were sales personnel waiting outside and I get swarmed by sales people. Scott Conley approached my husband and I and invited us to sit down with him so he could learn what we wanted in a car and found a car to suit our needs. He was professional and friendly and not pushy in the least. He let us know that he doesn't work on commission, and it was evident that our needs and wants was his priority. His knowledge and presentation of the vehicles we were considering suited us to a tee. Our interaction with the finance manager Jesse was also excellent. His negotiation was fair and we were very pleased with the numbers we settled on.When it was time to sign papers, that's all we did: so often when I have purchased cars in the past, they try and sell you more insurance, coverage plans, etc, but there was none of that (admittedly, it could be because we leased this time), and we really appreciated that there were no surprises to the bottom line at the end of the deal. A week or so after, Scott called to see how we were enjoying the car and even sent a handwritten thank-you card in the mail. We felt like he went out of his way to make us feel like valued customers and we will definitely do business with Kuni Honda in the future. More
