Here's why: We went into the dealership explaining that we were interested in a new Honda CR-V. . .with one hitch. Since we must purchase the vehicle overseas for use also overseas (by my wife's family), there wouldn't be a sale associated with our visit. We simply wished to check out the cargo space area in a 2013 CR-V to see whether our luggage would fit into the back end so that when we fly over and are met at the airport, the luggage will fit into the new CR-V. Brandon was very accommodating and explained that he was happy to help out, even though there was no prospect for a sale. We really admire this attitude, and must credit Kuni Honda with the proper training of their sales representatives in terms of the "long-view" perspective on customers. Thanks again, Brandon, and should we decide on a Honda product in the U.S., we know right where we'll go and who we'll deal with--Kuni Honda and Brandon Gamel! More

We had a great experience at Kuni Honda. Matt Harwood was great before, during and even after the sale. As a Sales Professional myself, it was very refreshing to know that there are other salespeople th was great before, during and even after the sale. The finance representative, Kurt Miles was great as well. He was training a new employee during our transaction so the wait time was a bit longer than normal. I was in on a routine oil change with the service department on my leased 2010 Crosstour. I thought I would get some information on my finance options since my lease term was ending soon. After speaking with Jesse in the finance department I explained to him that I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase my lease or buy new. My main concern was to stay within my budget. I didn't want to spend more than what I was already paying. He thought it would be a good idea for me to see all my options. Jesse directed me to Chris Squires who was able to show me the new models on the lot. After seeing the new 2013 Crosstour model I fell in love. I was already happy with my current 2010 model but I didn't know what I was missing. Chris was great at explaining all the new features of the 2013 Crosstour compared to my 2010 model. Chris made it hassle free, quicker, and more enjoyable then my previous car buying experiences. I usually end up spending all day at the dealership going back and forth but he and Ralph (the numbers guy) had me out of there before the sun went down. I was a little partial to having black again but was informed by Ralph that there was none on the lot without the navigation system and there wasn't a way to have one sent - it would have to be traded out I guess. I was shown a charcoal grey and thought it also looked nice, but wasn't my black. I decided to go for it and since driving it I've had several complements on the color, best part is...it shows less dirt! I would definitely recommend Kuni Honda to a friend looking for a new car and a hassle free, informative car buying experience. I will tell them to ask for Chris Squires when they walk in. More

He was knowledgeable about cars, he LISTENED to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect car for our family. We were very hesitant with buying from a dealer and Brandon was a man of integrity and proud of the company he represented. He was patient and answered my hundreds of questions and even laughed at my crappy jokes. He had wonderful things to say about his co workers and assured us that we would be fully taken care of when it came to paperwork and financing...He was RIGHT!
