My experience at Kuni Honda was great! Chris was an amazing salesman who was not only extremely friendly and helpful but also wonderful when it came to determining the price; he made it very easy and q amazing salesman who was not only extremely friendly and helpful but also wonderful when it came to determining the price; he made it very easy and quick without any hassle. Once I decided I was going to get the car, he made sure it was completely ready to go when I arrived and they were great about being very efficient with the paperwork while still explaining everything I needed to know. The cherry on top was that while everything was being processed, I did not have to wait inside, Chris took me out to my new car and helped me setup the blue tooth, speed dialing, answered any questions I had, and made sure everything was to my liking. I really recommend giving this dealership the business, they were really a pleasure to work with which I feel is a rarity these days when buying a car. More

When we first arrived at Kuni Honda, Dan Trujillo braved a thunderstorm to show us the used car we had seen online. He was very forthcoming with the positive AND negative points of the vehicle. His open and honest nature was an immediate relief to us and we were determined to return when we had more time for a test drive. When we returned for a test drive, Dan was not working so Chris Squires assisted us. We continued to receive the same honest and open service from Chris. Justin Crum was helpful in showing us some of our payment options as we had planned to finance the vehicle, either through the dealership or an independent loan which we would receive from our bank. After going through the options with us and helping us to resolve our single issue regarding some body work, which we were able to work into the contract and would be performed by their service center, Justin and Chris gave us time to think about it and weigh our options. We had taken a test drive at a different dealership the night before where we underwent an hour of their pressuring us to make a decision that we had very clearly expressed we weren't ready to make. Kuni Honda's approach to doing what was best for us, not what was best for the salesman and management team, restored our hope in having a good experience with a car dealership. We returned the next day to buy the car. Dan was there and got us all set up. We were assisted by Christopher Baca, another finance worker. He was able to beat the rate provided by our bank (which was the best rate that we had found, even beating out local credit unions and other options that we had researched). He even worked with his manager and found a warranty option that worked with our budget, but still provided full coverage. We left Kuni Honda in our Honda Pilot, grateful for the experience and service we received. We will certainly return to Kuni Honda and recommend them to anyone we know! More

She was the first of four dealers to follow-up by email and by phone. There was two dealers with the same quoted price and one dealer offering a price that was $350 less. Amanda's follow-up was impecable and she is the reason that Kuni was the first dealership that I went into. Then the non pressure approach from our friendly salesman Roger Beck was great. He spent over three hours with us test driving three different cars. We purchased a Pilot EX at closing, then had buyers remorse and came back o the dealership the next day an upgraded to a EX-L with Nav. Roger never made us feel bad for changing our mind. He is a great representative an assest to Kuni. I actually drove to another dealership but felt a sense of loyality to the non pressure, attitude, openness and honesty at Kuni. Justin the floor manager was also great to work with. He made me feel good by compromising on the costs of the add ons which resulted in $2,500 in adds that I would have never purchaed at full price. My car is a 2003 but with how great they did cleaning it up it looks just as great as a 2013. I would gladly shop for my next car here again and I will recommend Kuni to all my friends. More

Dan and Chris both took turns showing us the car we were interested in. Both were very helpful and one filled in while the other was on his day off. We had a very pleasant experience yesterday at Kuni Honda...there was no high pressure sell, our questions were answered ( and we had many!) extra services that could be purchased were presented, but Honda...there was no high pressure sell, our questions were answered ( and we had many!) extra services that could be purchased were presented, but not insisted upon. Came to lease a Honda CRV and we did! Car and features were well explained before & during the test drive. The facility is clean & well maintained & included several snack options as well as a choice of drinks. Roger Beck was our rep and was most gracious & enjoyable to spend time with as well as being very well-versed in his products. Price/ payments were discussed & easily agreed upon. Our only negative comment was the amount of time spent waiting to see Chris, the Finance Mgr AND the huge pile of documents to be signed with him. He was excellent, efficient, & personable, but we would love to somehow see that process get streamlined...às I 'm sure he would as well! Perhaps that can be worked on. Otherwise, we look forward to working w Kuni for many years. More
