Phillip Tumis was one of the best car salesmen I've dealt with in many years. Upon my introduction, I stated that I was not there for playing games and provided him with the amount that I wanted to sp dealt with in many years. Upon my introduction, I stated that I was not there for playing games and provided him with the amount that I wanted to spend. The car that my daughter had chosen had yet to be detailed, I didn't feel after going over the vehicle that the car had been taken care of by the previous owners. Although this was the car my daughter kept begging me for, I continued to look over additional vehicles within my pre-determined amount I was will to spend. This is car number three for my daughter and have car shopped every six months for the past 1 1/2. Needless to say I was sick of car shopping and immediately stated to Phillip that I wasn't there to play games and had no intentions of spending more money that what I had told him from the very begining. Not one time did Phillip try leading me in a different direction which could have cost me more money. My 17 year old daughter and her friend had been there for over 2 hours while waiting for me to get off work. Phillip provided the girls with snacks and made sure that they were taken care of until I arrived. Phillip definately went out his way when he could have moved on to another customer. Once we found a vehicle that we wanted to purchase, Phillip explained everything in detail and no time did I feel that he was misleading me. The process of financing the vehicle was processed in a timely fashion and although they were closing for the evening, Phillip remained there with us. We had a great experience at Kuni Honda! We started with internet sales first and Mike Montgomery responded to us very quickly. He was persistent and answered all of our questions. We did not purchase a vehicle during our visit to Kuni Honda. We like the dealership and our sales person was very attentive and cordial with no pressure. We were not entirely happy with Justin. He even asked us somewhat condescendingly if we have ever sold cars for a living. My husband is actually in high level sales and would never say that to a customer.
