Dear jshawn1, Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve your service concern. We missed an opportunity to set the proper expectations of our process for tire "repairs". We of course encourage appointments for our guests in order for us to "due diligence" in determining the concern, cause and, corrective action as well as, managing any warrantable items. The fact finding and determination is when you come in with a service advisor and the technician. Our Corporate policy is to replace tires. Should you elect to repair the tire, we understand that would be an alternative service provider. You very much matter to us jshawn1. However, I understand how frustrating it is when you have to go to a plan B. We understand how this situation would make you feel that there is no empathy.
