There was no pressure to buy the car we came to look at or any push to look at different cars that we weren't considering. It felt as if we had a friendship with Mr. Gamel and we have never encountered that before with any other dealership or even individual owners. It felt less like it was about business and more like it was about us. We had our (almost) two year old in tow and that alone could have made the time spent buying a car stressful, but not here. We will definitely look to Kuni Honda first should we ever be in need of another car. More
Chris helped my family purchase a 2014 odyssey touring elite today. Even though this was the model that just arrived, he was able to show us all the differences between the 2014 and 2013 models. He was elite today. Even though this was the model that just arrived, he was able to show us all the differences between the 2014 and 2013 models. He was able to answer every technical question we had without having to ask others or lookup the answer. Chris was also extremely helpful with our 11 year old's myriad questions and even showed him how to sync up his iPhone with the system. He was knowledgable, patient, and never made us feel pressured into the sale or any of the upgrade options we selected. I have never had a car salesperson that was such an advocate for us and not just the dealership. Even after we signed for the car, he did not hurry off to another customer and continued to help my wife with all the features of the car. He was awesome and I will seek him out next time we need another car. Thank you Chris!!!! I also want to thank Amanda for her phone support before we arrived, she was very responsive and I appreciate the fact that she reached out to us a couple times when we were working with Chris to ensure we were being taken care of. My experience at Kuni Honda was nothing like I expected .There was none of the usual high pressure sales pitches going on. None of the usual deceptive pricing games. Georgina was friendly, attentive, answered all our questions, focused on us and was not distracted. I would definitely user her again. I was not allowed to make the appointment while at the dealership on a Saturday because scheduling was only done over the phone. Then she does not work on Mondays which meant I was unable to schedule for the Tuesday appointment that was open on Saturday. More
My wife and I had a great experience with Kuni Honda. I was greeted by Chris Squires when we came out to take a look at the Honda Civic. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was always making sure we didn't have any questions unanswered. When we took a look at the car he explained how to control a lot of things within the car. We had looked at other dealers trying to find a good price and were offered the best deal from Kuni Honda. When we talked numbers to see how much the total would be with taxes etc they were very straight forward and didn't dance around the price at all. When I came back the next day after I had made my decision to lease the Honda Civic I was greeted with more friendliness on my arrival and had everything I needed to know explained to me as I filled out all of the paperwork. Chris again was very helpful showing us in more detail how to use various menus and options in the car. He helped with setting up bluetooth, voice dialing, setting radio stations, and various other things. When I finally drove off the lot I had a huge smile on my face. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a Honda to make sure you check Kuni Honda. More

My three month old Ridgeline started to have a slow air leak in one of its tires. I called Monday to ask if I should bring it in, or since it is a tire, if I should contact someone else. I was specifically told to bring it in to them so they could verify if the issue was due to a small puncture or something else they might be able to repair like the valve. I could not get an appointment until today. As soon as I get there, I am immediately told they cannot help me because it is a tire and I should go to Discount Tire. I don't doubt this was true, however, why was I told to bring it in? I even asked when I called if I even should. I had to take time off work to do this and they seemed to not care about wasting my time. If they had four days to review my request, why wasn’t I called to advise me they couldn’t help? I could have had my issue fixed the day it started had they been honest to begin with; instead I had to put air in my tire everyday for a week to avoid further damage. The service team lacked any empathy to the situation and could care less about what happened. They said they would put air in the tire in the meantime and when I got it back, the sensor was still on. I took it to a gas station and found the tire to still be nearly 10psi under the recommendation, thanks a lot. Sadly, my wife is ready to buy a new car and we would have come back, however, because of this, they have now lost out on my business. I'm sure they don't care, but they should. More

I've never dealt with a dealer before, and was always a bit leery of being pressured or talked into a car that I wasn't comfortable with. I can honestly say now, after finishing the process to lease my C a bit leery of being pressured or talked into a car that I wasn't comfortable with. I can honestly say now, after finishing the process to lease my Civic, that those fears were unfounded, at least as far as this Kuni was. My salesperson was Georgina, and really was there just to answer my questions, and help me through my financial hurdles, which weren't inconsiderate. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and probably about 5 free waters to top it all off. Definitely would recommend to a friend. More
