There was no pressure to buy the car we came to look at or any push to look at different cars that we weren't considering. It felt as if we had a friendship with Mr. Gamel and we have never encountered that before with any other dealership or even individual owners. It felt less like it was about business and more like it was about us. We had our (almost) two year old in tow and that alone could have made the time spent buying a car stressful, but not here. Chris helped my family purchase a 2014 odyssey touring elite today. Even though this was the model that just arrived, he was able to show us all the differences between the 2014 and 2013 models. He was elite today. Even though this was the model that just arrived, he was able to show us all the differences between the 2014 and 2013 models. He was able to answer every technical question we had without having to ask others or lookup the answer. Chris was also extremely helpful with our 11 year old's myriad questions and even showed him how to sync up his iPhone with the system. He was knowledgable, patient, and never made us feel pressured into the sale or any of the upgrade options we selected. I have never had a car salesperson that was such an advocate for us and not just the dealership. Even after we signed for the car, he did not hurry off to another customer and continued to help my wife with all the features of the car. He was awesome and I will seek him out next time we need another car. Thank you Chris!!!!
