I've never dealt with a dealer before, and was always a bit leery of being pressured or talked into a car that I wasn't comfortable with. I can honestly say now, after finishing the process to lease my C a bit leery of being pressured or talked into a car that I wasn't comfortable with. I can honestly say now, after finishing the process to lease my Civic, that those fears were unfounded, at least as far as this Kuni was. My salesperson was Georgina, and really was there just to answer my questions, and help me through my financial hurdles, which weren't inconsiderate. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and probably about 5 free waters to top it all off. Definitely would recommend to a friend. More
Was in the market for a AWD drive vehicle with good gas mileage. Started at the Kuni Honda delearship to look at CRVs. After a test drive, we left to test drive the Ford Escape and Subaru Forrester. We returned in the afternoon to purchase a CRV. The process was smooth and easy. We went there to buy a Toyota 4 Runner (Used). The sales person was very friendly at first. The dealer did not negotiate on the price at all. We bought the car anyways as we liked it. They just gave us 5 gallons of gas which made me mad. All other dealers give you full tank of gas when you buy the vehicle from them. The next day when I went to the gas station to get gas, I could not open the fuel door. I emailed and called Georgina Smith about the problem, she was nowhere to be found. I drove to the dealership and got an appointment to fix the fuel door the following week. The overall experience with this dealership was not that great! More
We were looking at buying either a Honda Pilot or a Toyota Highlander. We had each car rated equally, and ultimately our decision to go with the Pilot was based on the great rapport we developed with Toyota Highlander. We've purchased several cars over the years, and have yet to find a salesperson who was more knowledgeable about the cars he sells than Chris - we also never felt pressured which was important. Most important was that we didn't have to spend several hours playing the negotiation song and dance that so many dealers force you to go through. We simply told them what our budget was, and they made it work for us. Outstanding experience. More
Our whole experience was positive. Brandon was pleasant, helpful and thorough with our questions and concerns. We had a set budget we needed to stay in and Omar met our needs completely. We left with a new Honda Odyssey near the end of the day. Half way home, we realized we had setting issues that we needed to have changed. We turned around and although Brandon had already left, Scott took the time to address our issue immediately and without hesitation. This is our second purchase from this dealership in the last year. My wife and I "checked out" Kuni Honda a week before we were ready to buy. We were warmly greeted by Robert Raymer, a Product Presenter. I found the car that I wanted, and they arranged it so that it was within my budget. The same day, after purchasing my car, my wife test drove a new Accord coupe, and we purchased it too! While we waited for the second car to be prepped for delivery, we witnessed the rest of the staff, in action. They were all amazing, and very accomodating. More
We came in 10 minutes before the dealership closing on Saturday night. Roger Beck did not hesitate to give us a test drive of the vehicle that we had seen online. We made an appointment with Roger for 11:00 a.m. (two hours before his normal start time) on Monday morning to work through a deal. We got nervous about losing the car to another buyer, so we came in unannounced at 9:00 a.m. instead. We were directed to Jeff Cox, who finished out the process. We explained that we did not want Roger to lose out on the sale, as he was the one who originally worked with us. Jeff explained that since they did not work on strict commission that it would be OK. (We do however wish Roger would have called us, because we gave him our cell numbers Saturday evening before we left, telling him we were anxious about waiting until he got to Kuni at 1pm on Monday. There are so few used CRVs available in town.) Jeff did a great job of giving us over 2 hours finishing out the paperwork and a thorough setting up of the various computer function options for our new (to us) 2012 CRV. We were grateful that there did not appear to be any hard feelings between the Roger and Jeff, and that they worked together for our best interests. More
