I came in yesterday to just begin the process of looking at purchasing a used car. I hadn't decided exactly what type of car I was looking for so I decided to go in and browse. I met Roger first thing, he w at purchasing a used car. I hadn't decided exactly what type of car I was looking for so I decided to go in and browse. I met Roger first thing, he was very approachable and really made me feel at ease when we started discussing options. We looked at a couple of different cars on the website and the proceeded to the lot. After viewing the cars we had chosen, I wasn't in love and I didn't feel like I was that much further along in my search. I asked Roger if we could just walk around and browse and he was more than happy to do so with me. We walked across the lot, looking at different models and prices. The entire time, Roger was only helpful and patient with me, helping me to find the right fit. I finally came across a Mazda CX-7 and was instantly in love. Roger ran inside to grab the keys so we could test the car. I fell in love the second I stepped in it. Once it was decided that this was my new car, I had a serious debate with myself on whether or not I should purchase it today (it's my first car I'm buying myself so a lot of pressure). While I sat there and contemplated, Roger was nothing but patient. While I fought with myself, he pulled up information on the car and sat with me while I decided. Eventually Justin came over to assist with financing and decision making and he was equally as helpful. The entire time I was in the office, I never once felt pressured to make a decision. No one ever forced me or made me feel like I needed to make a snap decision. Everyone in the office stayed late with me to help me in the purchase of my brand new car (well new to me). I cannot say enough positive things about Kuni-Honda and the employees there. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and caring and genuine. No one made me feel pressured or rushed at any point. At the end of the night, everyone came and told me congratulations and that they were happy for me, and I really felt like they were. There is a real family at this dealer and they will make you feel nothing but absolutely great about any decision you make. I would suggest this dealer to anyone, and will. I told him about my needs for a new car, he personally showed me a range of possibilities, giving me the best options I have found at any dealership. He even took a step further to give me his number if I had any more questions, no other dealership or salesmen did this for me considering that I was not quite yet ready to buy. We were pleasantly greeted by Roger at the door and felt immediately welcomed by the dealership. HE WAS UP FRONT AND HONEST. That was very refreshing and we were able to come up with a plan that suited our needs. Barry was very quick and precise. No time wasted making this deal. It is great to be in and out in a couple of hours when buying a car. Our two 12 year olds in tow appreciated it and so did we. Buying a car is one of my least favorite activites. My recent experience with Kuni and Roger Beck was nice. Roger is very friendly and not pushy, I like that.
