Buying a car at Kuni Honda was a wonderful, no pressure experience. Our Sales Associate, Roger Beck, was very kind, personable, knowledgeable and made the process easy. We did not feel any pressure to buy, but we felt like they did all they could to help us and make us happy with our decision to purchase a car that day. When we left Roger explained all the features to us, and we left very confident that we were in good hands. It was nice they called to check in on us a few days later to make sure everything was good and we were happy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Roger to anyone that was in need of a car and that wanted to make a good experience. The employees at Kuni and Roger did a wonderful job at that. More
Buying a car is one of my least favorite activites. My recent experience with Kuni and Roger Beck was nice. Roger is very friendly and not pushy, I like that. Roger has a good understanding of the products he is selling. However, he came up a little short on the indepth knowledge of the features and functions of the Honda Pilot. Robert was courteous and not pushy at all. He showed us the different options and explained in details about the questions we had. He even stayed late till almost 10 PM and waited for us with the keys till the different options and explained in details about the questions we had. Our Element's A/C compressor self-destructed while we were vacationing in Colorado. We contacted our regular mechanic in Missouri who gave us a 'ballpark' estimate to replace the compressor & condens were vacationing in Colorado. The prospect of driving across Kansas on a Saturday afternoon with no A/C did not thrill either me or my wife. So I called Kuni Honda, which was located down the street from our hotel. Connected with Jeff who said their repair schedule was full but he understood our circumstances and would squeeze us in. He also offered us a 15% coupon which brought the repair bill down to the estimate I already had. AND he gave us a 2012 Civic as a loaner for 4 days at no extra cost!!!!!!! Jeff saved our vacation and maybe our marriage. When we eventually move to Colorado, Kuni Honda will get my automobile business. No doubt about it. More

My wife and I had been researching and searching for a 2nd car for our growing family. We have two little princesses - a 2 year old and 3 month old. We new we wanted a mid sized sedan and had visited a number of dealerships, test drove a number of cars, done the "dance" with several sales associates. Roger and Justin and Kuni were outstanding among those we experienced. They listened to our needs and wants. They directed us to specific vehicles that met our needs and wants. They never pressured us into anything. Best of all, they worked with us to make the perfect car for our family match our optimal budget restrictions. They were awesome. We are absolutely delighted with this dealership, Roger, Justin, our 2013 Honda Accord EX-L and the entire experience. You will be too. More
I fell in love Monday night with a beautiful 2007 Honda Accord shown on Kuni's website. I have been looking for a replacement car and knew what I wanted. When I viewed the car on Kuni's Internet site, my husband and I drove over to see it. On the way home I told him "tomorrow I'm going to be driving that Blue Honda Accord". The dealership was closed for the day, but since I was bringing my daughter's 2007 CRV in for service, I knew I would be the first person there the next day to look at and buy the Honda Accord. I had the pleasure of working with James Kantorowicz who was the epitome of the person you want to buy a car from. He was honest, friendly and totally professional. After all the financial docs were completed, I drove off the lot in the car that sold itself first, on the Internet, then with James. I can't say enough about the experience. It was like buying a car from your best friend. I drove out of the lot amazed at how easy it was and how honest the team seemed to be. I would advise anyone that is contemplating buying a Honda to check this dealership out. It's amazing. More
