We did not feel any pressure to buy, but we felt like they did all they could to help us and make us happy with our decision to purchase a car that day. When we left Roger explained all the features to us, and we left very confident that we were in good hands. It was nice they called to check in on us a few days later to make sure everything was good and we were happy. Our Element's A/C compressor self-destructed while we were vacationing in Colorado. The prospect of driving across Kansas on a Saturday afternoon with no A/C did not thrill either me or my wife. So I called Kuni Honda, which was located down the street from our hotel. Connected with Jeff who said their repair schedule was full but he understood our circumstances and would squeeze us in. He also offered us a 15% coupon which brought the repair bill down to the estimate I already had. AND he gave us a 2012 Civic as a loaner for 4 days at no extra cost!!!!!!! Jeff saved our vacation and maybe our marriage. When we eventually move to Colorado, Kuni Honda will get my automobile business. No doubt about it. More

I fell in love Monday night with a beautiful 2007 Honda Accord shown on Kuni's website. I have been looking for a replacement car and knew what I wanted. When I viewed the car on Kuni's Internet site, my husband and I drove over to see it. On the way home I told him "tomorrow I'm going to be driving that Blue Honda Accord". The dealership was closed for the day, but since I was bringing my daughter's 2007 CRV in for service, I knew I would be the first person there the next day to look at and buy the Honda Accord. I had the pleasure of working with James Kantorowicz who was the epitome of the person you want to buy a car from. He was honest, friendly and totally professional. After all the financial docs were completed, I drove off the lot in the car that sold itself first, on the Internet, then with James. I can't say enough about the experience. It was like buying a car from your best friend. I drove out of the lot amazed at how easy it was and how honest the team seemed to be. I had a great experience with my first leasing experience. My car's transmission, on an 04 Ford Focus, had gone out two days prior and quite unexpectedly. I had heard nothing but things about leasing a vehicle from Honda so I decided to check out Kuni. James met me at the door, asked me what I was looking for, and then made sure he told me was that they don't work off commission, which I loved because I knew they were just going to try to find the best car for what I needed, rather than the most suped up, expensive car on the lot!! He, and the entire team at Kuni, worked with me for 4 hours, to get me the car that worked best for me, a 2013 Civic LX, at a price that worked with my budget. I have purchased 2 other vehicles in the past and have worked with many dealers while doing so but this was by far my best experience to date!! I left the lot feeling like I had made the right decision, like the people at Kuni had really worked for, and with, me for my benefit solely, and I definitely plan on telling everyone and their mom about what a great experience I had at Kuni!! When I arrived to view at Kuni Honda, I was skeptical from the moment I parked my car. My skeptism had nothing to do with Kuni per se, but more with the car shopping/ buying experience and how I'd been from the moment I parked my car. I am very pleased to say, Roger Beck, my salesman, proved my preconceived notions totally wrong. He greeted me at the door, answered all of my questions, was very patient with me, and at no time made me feel pressure to purchase. He made the experience very tolerable and, in the end, I left in a brand new CR-V! I am very pleased with my new purchase. Roger never tried to up-sell me or encourage me to accept less than the features I wanted. I will definitely recommend Kuni, and especially Roger Beck, to anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle.
