My understanding is that when cars come in they don't automatically get cleaned. They are for sale, but not necessarily cleaned for preview. That is a process that takes a couple of days. We have been successful at getting the cars cleaned before preview. I know that was not what you experienced but I am glad that you were able to come in and receive a complete detail. I apologize for us not getting back to you timely when you were in for service. That $200 detail was a learning curve for someone new.
