I came back to Kuni to purchase a third used Honda (and a used Hyundai Santa Fe). I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the two vehicles that I requested to see. Both of the vehicles were posted for sale on the Kuni Honda web site, i assumed they would have been cleaned and mechanically checked as they were listed for sale on-line; I was wrong. The vehicles were filthy! The sticker price of the vehicle I purchased was quite high given the dirty condition of the vehicle and the high miles on the vehicle. We did however come to an agreeable price for the 2005 Honda Pilot, and the purchase was made. Part of the deal was to receive a top-notch $200 cleaning and detailing. When we brought the vehicle in for the service in the morning, we were told the vehicle would be ready for pick-up in the afternoon. We were not provided a phone call that the vehicle was ready for pick-up, we had to initiate the call and actually made two calls before we spoke to someone who gave us a pick-up time. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was obvious to even the untrained eye that the vehicle had not been detailed. So we had to leave the vehicle overnight and into the next day to get the initially agreed upon service provided. I am a very happy Honda owner, but am not at all happy about the most recent experience at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe. Todd Surber More

As a Honda Odyssey owner, I was interested in trading in my 2008 Odyssey for a newer model. Visiting Kuni Honda was a wonderful experience. I was treated with respect, given little pressure to buy and the staff truly seemed interested helping find the best model for my family and health situation. Chris Squires was our sales person who helped us find our car. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and provided me with either written or manual feedback. After much reading, we decided to buy a Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Kuni Honda did not have one on the lot at the time but the Manager did go above and beyond to locate the exact color that I wanted and obtained the care within 24hrs of putting our request in. I appreciate the level of Professionalism and Respect that Chris Squires and the Management Staff gave to our family during our car purchase. I absolutely love my new 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite and have already recommended Kuni Honda to many friends. More
We will NEVER be doing business with Kuni Honda ever again. After 7 years of good service, we had a recall item, made an appointment, took it in, and the dealer did jack-freaking-squat! They had it ALL DAY and then I get a call in the PM saying they "couldn't fit us in". It wouldn't have been the end of the world to leave it overnight, but they also RAN OUT of loaner cars too! Seriously? How do they expect to keep their customers with this level of service? Don't accept appointments if you can't follow-though!!! More

I would not ordinarily buy a car in the same visit as the test drive. I like to think it over to distance myself from the pressure. I never felt any pressure though. Chris was so friendly and only shared information about the vehicle I was interested in. Justin simply showed me the pricing sheet and proposed a deal if I was interested. They both were very good at just leaving me the time I needed to decide if the deal was right for me. The offer they made was just too good to pass up. I felt very satisfied with the information they gave about the car and the savings I was able to confirm so in this case the test drive and the purchase happened in the same visit. I am 100% convinced I got the best deal in town. More
I was a very easy shopper: I wanted my 4th Honda Civic, EX, Coupe, not white or black, and I wanted to buy it by the end of the day on Saturday, June 1. Having struck out at Mile High Honda, I called Kuni EX, Coupe, not white or black, and I wanted to buy it by the end of the day on Saturday, June 1. Having struck out at Mile High Honda, I called Kuni Honda on Friday evening, at about 7:30. Kim from internet sales answered pleasantly and, since no salespeople were available on the floor, she took notes on what I was looking for. We set an appointment with Phil Tumis at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Phil retrieved me from the waiting area promptly at 9:00, and we sat down to go over what I was looking for. We went out and cruised the lot and, within a few minutes, found a Civic as described above, in the classy Titanium Metallic finish. I basically said I didn't need to look any further, so we took it for a test drive and, although I was pretty much sold already, the drive cemented my decision. Phil was friendly but professional, and very knowledgeable about the car's "bells and whistles." (Cars have come a long way since 2002!) We came back inside to go over the options and financing. I had obtained a loan rate of 3.9% from a local credit union, but Phil was sure Honda could beat that; I really appreciated that he was looking out for my interests. We chatted with the sales manager (very nice guy whose name I can't remember), who assured me Kuni could take care of returning my rental car to a nearby Enterprise location, then Phil took the proposal to the finance manager (Barry?). They were able to get me 1.9% with American Honda Finance. While I signed paperwork, Phil made sure the car was prepped for me to take it home. He instructed me about scheduling the protective coating and window tint. He also sat in the car with me and showed me how to set up some of the functions and even linked my cellphone for me on the spot. Before I left, he made sure that the rental's keys got to the service manager, who also was very helpful in assuring me that Kuni would take care of it. I knew I would love the car - and it's awesome - but just as impressive was the whole buying experience at Kuni Honda. THEN, I made an appointment for the protective coating and tinting, she told me they would, "of course," give me a loaner for the day - that's a first for me. When I show people the picture of my gorgeous new car, I have been telling them to go to Kuni! More
