Georgina was super nice and patient with us. We told her that we had talked about a possible car purchase before and had gotten discount offers and she went and found them for us. The color that I wanted was no longer available, but that wasn't very important to me anyway and the Twilight Blue that I test drove was beautiful. The whole process took about 3-4 hours but I left very pleased. Georgina was very helpful and explained everything about the car as well as the financing process. The Kuni Honda Free for Life program is great and something I look forward to. Overall I'm very pleased with the car and the buying process. More

My wife and I came into Kuni Honda after getting poor customer service at another Honda dealer in the Denver area. We worked with Chris Squires and he was an excellent sale person to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, no high-pressure sales, and just easy to work with. During the process of trying to find the right car, Chris was able to drive a car over to our house, so my wife could test drive it. We live less than 10 minutes away, but we were not able to make it into the dealer for a test drive. That showed excellent customer service on Chris' end, and I wish I encountered more people like Chris in my daily life. I highly recommend him as a Sales person if you are looking for a new Honda. The whole dealership experience was very pleasant and professional. Everyone kept their promises and timelines. I give this dealership a 10 on a scale from 1-10. Thanks for the good experience. More

What a great place to buy a car! I bought my first new car this week ever (yes ladies and gentleman - I rang the bell :)). My sales experience with Kuni was amazing! Everyone we dealt with was fun, knowledgable, and above all friendly. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, and all within a few hours. We shopped around for about a month before going to Kuni, and other dealerships were pushy. I got 4 phone calls within 8 minutes of test driving a vehicle at a nearby Ford dealership. Lets face it - with new cars today, everything is just about the same - same gas milage, same look, same packages, same safety features, same warranty for the most part. The fact of the matter is the service really sets an expensive investment like a car CRV apart from the pack. This team blew our minds. Thank you for making our experience great! More
We've been shopping around for a new (to us) minivan for a while. Here in WY, it was slim pickings and so we expanded our search into CO. Within a couple weeks, we found a Kia Sedona at the Kuni Honda d for a while. Here in WY, it was slim pickings and so we expanded our search into CO. Within a couple weeks, we found a Kia Sedona at the Kuni Honda dealership. We did some homework on the dealership and checked out the vehicle via Carfax (offered free through their website). We headed down after we got off work on a Monday. Due to the long drive, we arrived just as they were closing at 8pm. No one batted an eye at the late hour. We first met Chris O. He showed us the van and we took it for a test drive. When we were pretty sure we wanted to proceed, he took us back inside to talk numbers. That wasn't nearly as high-pressured as we expected and we came to an agreement that made both sides happy. On into finance where we met with Hai K. He got us through the necessary paperwork quickly. While we were signing things with him, we were informed that the check engine light was on. Because it was so late(pushing 10p at this time), there was no one to take a look at it and fix it right then, so we agreed to come back that weekend. Wednesday came and we received notice that the check engine light was due to the O2 sensor, all was taken care of and we could pick up the van at any time. We headed down that evening, finished signing paperwork and went on our way. Unfortunately, the 'check engine' light was back on before we even left the parking lot. We had to turn around anyway because we realized we didn't have the temporary permit in our back window. As it was closing time once again, everyone had pretty much cleared out. We got our temp. permit taped on and spoke with a gentleman about the check engine light. We let him know we were planning on taking it to our mechanic back home to give it a once over and he asked us to let them(Kuni) know what was found. It took about a week to get it to the mechanic. They found a hole in the air intake (the reason for the 'check engine' light) and said it brings up the same codes for the O2 sensor which wouldn't have necessarily been something a Honda dealership mechanic might know...understandable. They found oil leaking from the timing cover and thought there was a leak at the power steering pump. We called Kuni and they told us to bring it back in the next day. We were down there Thursday by about 1140am. The service department was expecting us and brought it on back (even though it was obvious they were VERY busy). We got regular updates without having to ask. Everyone was so SO nice. The waiting room was quite comfortable and is where we stayed the whole time (although we could have had a car take us to the mall, we chose to stay put). Chris (service manager) and another gentleman with short, dark curly hair (can't remember his name) were the two who kept us up-to-date. Much appreciated! They replaced and fixed everything up for us, free of charge (love that they honor their 30 day/1k mile warranty) and we left their lot by 6pm with the 'check engine' light off. :) We would absolutely do business with this dealership again. It was a surprising pleasant experience and we are very happy with our purchase. More
