I first came into kuni honda just looking at suvs for my family and was able to work with Chris he showed me the Pilot and how it would fit my needs and we test drove the crv but it wasnt big enough. After having a less than pleasant experience at another Honda dealership and on the verge of contacting a broker I stopped in at Kuni Honda during my lunch hour to see what they could do for us on a 2013 C Honda dealership and on the verge of contacting a broker I stopped in at Kuni Honda during my lunch hour to see what they could do for us on a 2013 CRV. I was able to get in and out of Kuni on my lunch hour with a handshake on a deal for the CRV that i was satisfied with. We weren't able to come in until the next evening to finalize the transaction which happened to be Roger's day off. I was half expecting that the deal we shook on would no longer be "valid" however that was not the case. We got to the dealership around 6:45 and pulled away in the CRV around 9pm (test drive, financing, trading in our car not bad for a little over 2 hours). After we left the finance department Roger sat with us for about 20 minutes showing us how to set up our phone, radio, etc. We appreciated him coming in on his day off and staying until we were leaving. I was pleasantly surprised with Kuni Honda as a whole; Roger (our product presenter), management and the finance department, they made the transaction easy and painless. Thanks! More

I had a very good experience, specifically with Phil Tumis, my salesman. He was friendly, he listened to my concerns, he followed through when he said he would and kept me in the loop, since it was a fe Tumis, my salesman. He was very willing to work with me on my used car purchase from beginning to end. I was also extremely happy since the vehicle price was incorrect, and in my favor,but they still honored the lower incorrect price anyway. That goes along way in my book for integrity and honesty, a rare commodity today in the vehicle purchase business. They also did some repairs before I drove it off the lot, one specifically safety related that if not done would have been potential for a breakdown, and did it at no additional cost to me. They also resurfaced the front and rear brake rotors, replaced the battery (did not notice a problem with it), installed new wiper blades, and changed the oil with a synthetic blend, once again, all at no additional expense to me,and at the previously agreed to price. All of these things greatly influenced and enhanced the positive experience to my used car purchase experience. I highly recommend them for your new or used car purchase, since they are without a doubt in the elite when it comes to customer service and a positive purchasing experiences. More
