The first salesperson I started with was Roger Beck, who was polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I bought a 2013 CRV and while this has never happened to me before, I noticed something about it after my purchase that wasn't what I recalled from my test drive. Although I loved so many things about the SUV and think it's a great vehicle, I knew the one nagging item would grate on me over time. Thus, I went back to Kuni Honda and asked if there was anything that I could do. While there are no rights of rescission on vehicles after they leave the lot, I asked them if there was anything I could do to move into a different vehicle that suited me a little better. That morning, I began with a manager (Tim - last name escapes me) who was kind and extremely understanding. I was embarrassed by what had transpired, but he didn't seem even remotely put off or upset by what I was telling him. He genuinely seemed to want to help me. At that point, I met up again with my salesperson (Roger), who went thoroughly over the Accord, took me for a long test drive and was as great the second time as he was the first. Finally, I dealt with two people in finance, who were equally thorough, professional and not pushy (James and Kurt). Sure, I took a bit of a hit from the director of sales because my CRV was purchased and driven off the lot, but I suppose it could have been much worse at a less understanding and professional dealership. From beginning to end, I cannot say enough good things about Kuni and the people who work there. More
