Our research began via the internet, and we had a very professional, prompt, and low pressure experience with Carol Raines regarding our new Odyssey. In fact, the price she presented was on the lower range of what we anticipated. Our positive experience continued once we arrived onsite to the dealershop to conduct the test drive, and subsequent purchase. Roger Beck was very courteous and patient with us as we explored the model and color for which we were searching. He reviewed and demonstrated all of the features of the Odyssey quite well, and readily admitted if he lacked knowledge in any area. However, he was able to perform the research and answer our questions before we left for the evening. All of the staff with whom we met were professional and courteous at all times. We never felt pressured by price or time at any point during the negotiations, deciding upon options, or when arranging financing. I would highly recommend Kuni-Honda to my family, friends, and colleagues if they were in the market for a new vehicle. More

I used to sell cars...what a difference from now to then. His first name is Brandon and I would encourage everyone to see and buy from him. He is an outstanding salesman, no pressure what so ever, easy to work with and a great personality. He was so good I wished both of my daughters were single, yes that good. I can't praise his honesty, no pressure and for not pushing or hurrying us to a decision. Can't say enough about him and his professionalism. As far as the dealership - extremely clean!! Even the bathrooms sparkled. Very professional staff. Everyone had an open ear, ready to listen and ready to help. And I don't mean rushing to ambush the next buyer but telling them where the bathrooms are located, showing where the shop is located for routine maintenance check ups and servicing and providing fresh, cold water. Everyone was very courteous, not as good as Brandon, but that is just my opinion and I would assume everyone else's that has had the privilege to work with him. I went to four other dealerships that day and none of them compared to what I saw at Kuni or how I was treated at Kuni. My entire family will keep going back to Kuni in the future. As a mater of fact, my two sons are in the market for a new car and will buy from Kuni. I was ready to negotiate and am very proud of my negotiating skills. But I didn't need to use them at Kuni. They listened to everything I ask, provided details on incentives and gave me a low price that knocked my socks off. And we all know there are actually two sales that actually take place when buying a car. The first is the pressurized deal-and as I mentioned, there was no, again no pressure to buy and no number games either. I was impressed by the process to select and agree on a price. Now the second sale that most people are not aware of is dealing with the finance guys. Typically they try to sneak in something we don't need or lure us into an expensive payment plan, but none of that happened at Kuni. Like I stated earlier I use to sell cars and had lots of friends in finance who would always brag on how they "stuck" some poor old sap. Not so dealing with Kuni finance. James helped us and explained every detail on every page, every detail about payment options and every detail about financing. I have never felt so comfortable working with any finance personnel. To sum it all up, I have never had such an enjoyable buying experience. I would highly recommend working with Tim a sales manager, James a finance officer and especially Brandon, the best sales representative! More
