Kuni Honda's greatest asset is their people. We have dealt with one of the other Honda dealers in the past, and Kuni Honda stands head and shoulders above the other dealer. Everyone we dealt with at Kuni Honda was friendly and helpful. Our product presenter was James Edwards; he was both patient with us and thorough in presenting us with all of the options and features of the Honda Accord. He pointed out all of the safety features of the car and even synched our cell phone to the car radio. There was never any pressure to close the sale, and the discussion over price was quite civilized. I would not hesitate to recommend both the dealership and James Edwards to anyone looking for a new car. More

I went into kuni honda expecting what I've seen everywhere else but was suprised when I ran into Justin. He was not pushy and was great to work with he took his time and was able to explain everyth everywhere else but was suprised when I ran into Justin. Carol was very responsive and informative from my internet request. She invited me into the dealership after providing the information I had requested. When I arrived at Kuni Honda Carol placed me internet request. She invited me into the dealership after providing the information I had requested. When I arrived at Kuni Honda Carol placed me in the capable hands of Michael Hale to help me with shopping for a car. Michael was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to see, the CR-V. He thoroughly explained all the features of the different models and gladly allowed me to drive two different trim packages of the CR-V. He was very informative and patient as I went through the process of selecting a car. After my initial visit to the dealership, I returned later that day with my adult children and Michael was just as pleasant with them. On the second test drive we discovered a noise coming from the AC blower. At this point I was hesitant to complete the transaction and Michael said he would have it checked out the next morning (it was 8PM then and service was closed) to see what was causing the noise. True to his word, Michael not only had the car checked in service, he stayed with the tech and service manager as they looked for the problem. Once it was solved, he called me immediately to let me know there was no longer an errant sound. I returned to Kuni and we drove the car again and the problem had been solved so I completed the transaction. Many sales people would have just left the car in service but Michael stayed on top of the situation so that he could assure me that my concerns were addressed. That is rare customer service today and I really do appreciate him going above and beyond to assure me that everything was going to be OK with my new car. He is a rare find in today's marketplace and I am so glad that he assisted me. His diligence and genuine concern for his clients needs made the sale happen. More
