They were all helpful to your specific needs and wants, especially Larry Mendez, who walked me through my whole purchase and everything availble to me in my car. This was my first time getting a new car with the help of my parents and it was definetly a memorable experience. While my parents were in financing, Larry took me to my car and showed me all of the features to teach me everything about the car to be satisfied and comfortable when driving. The detailing of the car was done in a timely manner and it looked fantastic. Brandon was very courteous and brought the car up to the door. I was allowed to drive it off the lot (not the case at other dealerships). He put me at ease immediately, by telling me more about the car. Even though I had done my homework, I had been searching for cars on the computer for a week, he told me things I couldn't find on the internet. He showed me how everything worked, wipers, radio all the way down to the heated seats! He worked with me for an hour or so, then when we learned we couldn't get the price down on the used car, he helped me find one that fit better into our price range! After that, I started signing papers, and everyone was so great about working with my husband and I separately...he was at work, and came over, then I had to leave to pick up children from school. Then I came back to the dealership to finish signing papers! We got the EPC protection within 4 days, tires fixed the second day we had the car (low on nitro). The service we have had since we got the car, has been quick, efficient, and good. The only complaint I have, is the car does not come with a warning...This car NOT to be driven by little old ladies with a LEAD FOOT! It is so smooth and easy to drive, so smooth in turning...It is so easy to go over the speed limit, you barely touch the accelerator and you are gone!!! It is so fun to drive, I really love it already. I thank Brandon very much for his patience and the gentle way he had in answering all my questions and quietly letting me think and question my self. I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Justin a few weeks ago they helped me find my honda accord. I had been all over to almost every dealer looking for the right car and I ran into some less than fri weeks ago they helped me find my honda accord. I had been all over to almost every dealer looking for the right car and I ran into some less than friendly people who seem'd like I was bothering them rather then trying to buy a car. That wasn't the case at Kuni however I was greeted by Justin who was friendly and knew his product very well gave me all the information I needed to make my choice and even let me leave without trying to push me to hard into making my decision. That is the reason I came back and I was able to work with Dan who finished up my paperwork and explain some features on the car to me before I took it home.
