I have used Kuni's Service Department for over six years for the three Honda vehicles I have owned. Over the last year, I have worked with Todd Blitstein and have found his service outstanding. He is an excellent communicator and I value my relationship with the Todd greatly. Based on my experience with the Service Department, and most recently with Todd, I decided I would explore buying my new Honda from Kuni. I arrrived at Kuni to look at the new Honda CRV AWD EX-L with NAV on Saturday, April 13. I was greeted by Phillip Tumis and he answered all my questions and I could tell he was genuine in heping me to located the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. I left Saturday night without purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to think it over during the weekend. I returned to Kuni on Monday evening to purchase a CRV but Phil was out. I then worked with Johnny Salazar and Craig Smith to finalize the arrangements and I purchased my new CRV. Phillip, Johnny, Craig, and Barry were excellent to work with and I am glad that I was able to purchase my vehicle from Kuni. Each one of these individuals contributed to my decision to purchase my new CRV from Kuni. Your Service Department has demonstrated to me what happens at Kuni after a sale is made and your sales / finance staff made the purchasing of my new vehicle an excellent experience. Than you. More

Great experience! They let me drive the car home and keep it for the afternoon. Helpful salesperson, even after I bought the car. They were reasonable on my trade in as well. My experience with this dealership was great. I knew going in I was upside down on my trade in and figured there was no way they could help me but I went in anyway. Jesse from finance was very honest with regards to my situation and didn't try to sell me just anything to make a deal. I was actually presented with a couple of options and honestly felt no pressure to make a deal. I took all the time I needed and made a deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

I saw a Honda Accord on line and emailed for an appointment. I was super vervous, but as soon as I met Justin, he put me right at ease.. He was such a pleasure to work with, and knowledgeable. I think I said, "okay I have one more question", about 10 times. He never got flustered, and seemed to genuinely want to help me purchase this car. I had been accross the street at another dealer, and test drove their car. What I didn't like was the sales people, who made me feel like I was bothering them. Couldn't wait to get back to Kuni, and Justin, I knew that was where my car was. I would definitely recommend Kuni and Justin again. More

We saw a used Honda on sale online. After sending an email we went in and the vehicle advertised wasn't detailed yet. We took it in and the sales manager was very responsive in helping me to get it repaired. We are excited about the "Free For Life" program. Eveyone we worked with there was friendly and helpful. We may be looking at upgrading another vehicle in the next year and this will be the first place that we will consider. More
