We saw a used Honda on sale online. After sending an email we went in and the vehicle advertised wasn't detailed yet. We took it in and the sales manager was very responsive in helping me to get it repaired. We are excited about the "Free For Life" program. Eveyone we worked with there was friendly and helpful. We may be looking at upgrading another vehicle in the next year and this will be the first place that we will consider. More

This is the second Honda Pilot EXL that I have purchased from KUNI Honda in the past three plus years, 2010 and 2013. I also live on the western slope so driving to Denver is a commitment. Once I made the drive to KUNI the service was impeccable. The dealership does not operate on commissions so the atmosphere at the dealership is collaborative amongst the sales associates, managers and financiers. The goal remains the same: listen and help the client. Once a price was struck I also felt that add-ons were not just added on. I highly recommend purchasing a Honda from KUNI. David Castillo and James were both very helpful and friendly to work with on purchasing my new Honda CRV. A couple of time they did go to him, but he told them I was buying the suv, not him. The financing step was the easiest that I have ever done. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but the had everything done and all I had to do was sign, get my keys and leave. It took less than 10 minutes to finish the financing. GREAT!!!!!!!
