Also, it would be nice if the dealership would ensure there are two keys to give the buyer. We picked up our vehicle on a very busy Saturday and we felt a bit rushed and didn't have the opportunity to ask questions. We went to Kuni Honda after visiting two other dealerships in search of our new car. The service at the two dealerships was very frustrating. At the first dealership, the associate knew nothing dealerships in search of our new car. The service at the two dealerships was very frustrating. At the second dealership, the associate didn't really have anything to do with us and didn't try to even fight for a sale. When we stopped in Kuni Honda we were greeted by Mike, who offered us something to drink right away, which neither of the other two dealerships did. Since we were looking for a pre-owned car, Mike took us over to the pre-owned section of Kuni Honda and introduced us to Sergio. Sergio was extremely friendly, knew all the answers to the questions we were asking, and took his time with us and didn't treat us like we were wasting his time. I was extremely impressed with Sergio's knowledge and customer service. He definitely went above and beyond! Once we picked out the car, we went in and negotiated with the Sales Manager, Chris. He was extremely friendly as well and negotiated a very fair deal with us! I was impressed with his customer service too and at the fact that he gave us the deal we were looking for! We decided to go with financing through Kuni Honda and we were taken over to James. James was awesome as well! He was able to get us a great deal on the financing and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly through the whole process! Overall I am more than satisfied with everything about Kuni Honda. They have a laid back atmosphere, they are not pushy and don't pressure you, and their customer service goes way above and beyond any experience I've ever had with any car dealership. I definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle through them and will refer them to all my friends and family!!! More
