I visited two other Honda dealerships; one had an overly aggressive sales model and the vehicle presented had deficiencies - out of fuel and warning lights - their vehicle was not ready to sell. Conversely, the other Honda dealership did not seem interested in making a sale and they were confident that they were the best Honda dealership yet refused to negotiate on price. I chose Kuni Honda based on the positive experience I had in December 2012, when I began heavy research and consideration regarding the Honda brand. I have not purchased a new vehicle since 1995 and I believe that the respect and professionalism of the Kuni Honda sales staff was part of my decision-making process. More
The three employees we dealt w were all very nice, accomodating and helpful. The Fit and Element were the 2 Honda models I had been considering. We worked with Justin Crum, who was friendly, honest, direct and very knowledgable. We had a great car buying experience. We were given the car fax report, the service department inspection, as well as the service records (since the used car we were buying had been serviced at Kuni Honda). We were treated with respect, all questions answered clearly and direct; and we were not rushed nor pressured. It was such a stark contrast to previous car buying experiences I've had - even at fixed price dealerships. It also may have been easier overall because the car was offered at a very good value. More

We visited Burt Kuni Honda to purchase a new 2013 Odyssey EX-L with RES. Jeff Cox immediately met me at the door and has been fabulous from the beginning to the end of negotiation. I first visited Kuni Honda a couple months before I was ready to buy and took a test drive with James Edwards. When I was finally ready to purchase a car, I first went to a local "one price" dealer to get ready to buy and took a test drive with James Edwards. When I was finally ready to purchase a car, I first went to a local "one price" dealer to get their quote on the car I wanted (2013 Honda CR-V EX). Then found the same model on Kuni's website and requested a price quote via email. Amanda gave me a very good price which definitely beat the socks off the "one price" dealer, so I accepted the quote and went in to check out the car and do the deal. James was my salesperson for the rest of the transaction. He was very helpful and accommodating and did a good job pointing out the features of the car. When we got to the F&I guy, he did his best to sell me various protection packages and an extended warranty, but when I declined, he didn't get all surly and sulky like the guy at another dealer where I bought my wife's Ford a few years ago. He kept his professional demeanor and even gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I also purchased the dealer-installed protective side molding for the car, and the all-season floor mats. Overall, I was quite pleased with my treatment at Kuni and felt I got a very fair price on my new CR-V. I didn't feel the sales staff at Kuni were high-pressure or overbearing. I had a very relaxed buying experience, and since I accepted the online quote before I even went there to buy, I didn't have to put up with the typical "let me ask my manager" stuff. My new Honda is a beautiful car that I intend to keep for a long time. More
