I first visited Kuni Honda a couple months before I was ready to buy and took a test drive with James Edwards. When I was finally ready to purchase a car, I first went to a local "one price" dealer to get ready to buy and took a test drive with James Edwards. When I was finally ready to purchase a car, I first went to a local "one price" dealer to get their quote on the car I wanted (2013 Honda CR-V EX). Then found the same model on Kuni's website and requested a price quote via email. Amanda gave me a very good price which definitely beat the socks off the "one price" dealer, so I accepted the quote and went in to check out the car and do the deal. James was my salesperson for the rest of the transaction. He was very helpful and accommodating and did a good job pointing out the features of the car. When we got to the F&I guy, he did his best to sell me various protection packages and an extended warranty, but when I declined, he didn't get all surly and sulky like the guy at another dealer where I bought my wife's Ford a few years ago. He kept his professional demeanor and even gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I also purchased the dealer-installed protective side molding for the car, and the all-season floor mats. Overall, I was quite pleased with my treatment at Kuni and felt I got a very fair price on my new CR-V. I didn't feel the sales staff at Kuni were high-pressure or overbearing. I had a very relaxed buying experience, and since I accepted the online quote before I even went there to buy, I didn't have to put up with the typical "let me ask my manager" stuff. My new Honda is a beautiful car that I intend to keep for a long time. More
We visited Burt Kuni Honda to purchase a new 2013 Odyssey EX-L with RES. Jeff Cox immediately met me at the door and has been fabulous from the beginning to the end of negotiation. Serhiy was very kind and caring. He understood our needs and went out of his way for us. He was very knowledgable about each of the cars we test drove. I would recommend Serhiy to any of my friends looking for a used vehicle. Serhiy's manager, Chris Ortiz, on the other hand was not pleasant to work with. He was condescending and rude at times. When I questioned rust on the vehicle, he rudely said, “It’s a used car, you get what you get”. Chris then accused me of being defensive and yelling at him. If I wanted to yell, he would have quickly found out the difference between yelling and standing up to his rudeness and poor choice of words. For this review I give Serhiy high marks and excellent customer service. As for Chris Ortiz, I would mark him as Bad Customer Service. More

This was my first personal car purchase and I wanted to go new and I wanted to go with something comfortable/technology driven. I went in to appraise my at the time current car with the intention of purchasing the new car in 2 months or potentially sooner depending on appraisal value. Scott was patient with me and informative and gave me a test drive in the vehicle as well (decided on EX-L). I never truly felt "pressured" for an immediate purchase but the willingness to work with me and answer my questions led to me feeling comfortable pushing the purchase forward. Considering my dad's work schedule and necessity of cosignature, we ended up starting the car buying process around 7:45 PM (the dealership closes at 8 PM) and not once did anyone make me feel bad for having them stay late. In fact, they were very good at making me feel as if they appreciated my business. I was dreading the negotiations aspect of everything but ultimately was pleasantly surprised. Great service in terms of buying a car! More
