Overall a very good car buying experience. I bought a used car I had initially found on the internet and the used care team was great. Larry was very patient with the test drive and was happy to let me used car I had initially found on the internet and the used care team was great. They even agreed to fix a few minor problems with the car even though it was supposed to be 'as-is'. The service department in that case has been great as well, letting me use a loaner car during the time it took to fix my car. The only complaint I have is the price and the negotiating. I'm not great at haggling and that seemed to be required from the used car manager. Also bit upset that they listed my trade-in for $3500 more than they gave me, and that they listed it before they even received it from me (had to go back a few days later to drop it off to them). He went out of his way to help me during the negotiations, and I really felt like I got a great deal on my purchase at Kuni Honda. I never felt over-pressured from Ralph during the buying process. I am known not to have much patience, and Ralph really contained my blood pressure during the negotiations. I reviewed the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and purchased the vehicle all within a 3-1/2 hour window. I was on 3 hours sleep and just flew in from a business trip from MN. I really didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle that day, but Ralph worked with me in a patient but expedient manner. I will recommend Ralph and Kuni Honda to future car buyers. More
