We contacted Kuni after having an appt to see a Trailblazer at another dealership. We did not have a good experience at this other dealership. The 1st contact we had was with Carol, one of your int Trailblazer at another dealership. We did not have a good experience at this other dealership. The 1st contact we had was with Carol, one of your internet specialists. After inquiring about a 2007 Trailblazer online, we had a phone call from her within 5 minutes. I had to make SEVERAL inquiries at this other dealership before my calls were returned. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, we set up an appointment to come look at it. Dan Huber & Chris Ortiz helped us when we got there & were very friendly & knowledgeable. We test drove with Dan & he was very informative about the features of this particular vehicle. We decided to buy, & the financing process was handled by Omar. It was quick & as pain free as taking on a car payment can be. lol. Since we have bought the car, Chris has made follow up phone calls & sent e-mails to make sure our experience was a pleasant one. Chris Zimmerman is the only service representative I will deal with at Kuni Honda. He is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. On another note. I have been a customer of Kuni Honda since 2004. I purchased 4 cars there and was pleased with the sales and service department. About 2 - 3 years ago, in my opinion, the dealership took a turn for the worse. It coincided about the time of their new construction. The service department seemed to have an incredibly rapid turnover of service representatives. Service seemed to suffer both in quality and speed. Service representatives were moved inside from out in the bays. Service representatives seemed to come from all over (other dealerships from other makes). The feel was that of a dealership that was trying to push "dealer optional" services and that the customers were simply there to make a profit off of. In my opinion, the dealership still suffers that to this day. Kuni is the closest Honda dealer to my house so I still get my car serviced there, but Chris is the only one I feel comfortable dealing with. Another story to share about the dealership. I looked to purchase a 2012 Pilot in July. I sent (via the Honda website) a request for quotes to four dealerships. I ended up purchasing the Pilot elsewhere because of the following: - They didn't respond very fast - They never sent me a quote, told me to call and talk about it - After I initially did not respond, they sent me a e-mail telling me about their dealership and why I should buy a car there (as I mentioned I had done business there since 2004 and purchased 4 cars there). - There were a couple of follow up e-mails that, in my opinion, were "boilerplate" and certainly not contextual to my situation. - I had purchased a 2009 CR-V from them and things went well with a quote etc, so I don't know what happened in the mean time. I have no idea what has caused all these changes (for the worse in my opinion), but I suspect their business has really grown with the growing population in this area of town. To keep up with this and to,I suspect, increase profits, the models of sales they have chosen to use have been changed and the whole temperment and feel of the dealership has changed, at least to me. Would I give them another chance to sell me a car? I would send them the same information I send to other Honda dealers and request a quote, if they responded like they did this time, there is no way I would even consider purchasing a car from them. As for service, I use them because they are the closest dealer to my house. They do have problems staying on time. My wife waited on a service she made an appointment for that was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours, it took over 3 (no complications other than the service items). My service experience has been similar. I hope they return to their previous ways (pre-2011). It would benefit them and their customers More
I went looking for a used Honda. Chris Ortiz showed me a great car in my price range. In fact, it was about $1500 less than a comparable Honda at another dealer. When it came to financing, they offered a very good rate. I was already pre-approved for a better rate with my bank. They gave me 48 hours to secure financing with my bank. The sales manager came over an introduced himself and thanked me for doing business with Kuni. All the people I came in contact with at Kuni were friendly and I never felt like anyone was trying to sell me anything. It was a stress free experience and I would recommend Kuni to anyone looking for a good car buying experience. More

Sergio worked very hard to make sure my purchase went as smoothly as possible. Sergio also reviewed that vehicle and noticed a spot on the exterior that I had not noticed and is making sure that it will be smoothly as possible. First we (my wife and me) met Mr. Wes Carara. He demonstrated us the new features of Honda Accord 2013 and Honda CR-V and drove us for a short trips with both cars. I believe his name was Jim Prestidge, but I am not sure. We negotiated with him the price and other conditions. This was a long negotiation, but very important about the deal. Then we met another gentleman (may be Mr. Benjamim Wedel) and we prepared the paperwork with him. Mr. Barry Udell resolved one critical issue about the contract. Mr. Bill Craft prepared the car. Mr. Daniel Trujillo explained us the car manuals, answered some additional questions and gave us the car. All people was very competent and polite. I believe that we bought a great car. More
