We understand the negative impact anytime anyone does construction even, home remodels :) Our goal is to always provide you and, all our guests with the World Class Service you deserve. We recognize as we grow with the business we have been blessed with hiring and, training has its "learning curve" however, it still has the impact of our service level suffering as we transition through this growth. This is normal with any business and, even our personal lives. We are a service provider and we will act responsibly when you are in service to make the necessary recommendations for the maintaince on your vehicles so yes, we will share with you what was identified by the KYV (Know your vehicle report). This allows us to be able to share with you what to anticipate for your future service needs on your car (no one likes to be surprised about a service expense)so we have that conversation proactively when you are in for service so you can plan accordingly. We will not apologize for being a business who understands that if we do not make a profit, we simply can not be here to serve you for your sales (you purchased 4 cars from us), our service or Body Shop needs or, be a provider for our Employee Associates and their families.
