He was courteous, and helpful in guiding me around the area since I am new to Denver. He was cool, calm and collective even though we were driving in the middle of a snow storm, practically a blizzard and my driving on snowy slick surfaces with extremely poor visibility is vary limited. We were treated with great respect and were given time estimates on the service we were to receive and Roverta's estimate was within 5 minutes. He was extremely friendly and patient allowing me to think through things and take my time deciding. The dealership as a whole was easy to work with in finding a deal within my price range for the car I was looking for. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The only thing that was a little annoying was that it seemed to take a while to get the deal finished once we had decided to buy the vehicle. It was extremely long, just felt like a bit of waiting.
