Sergio was courteous and informative. We came to look at specific used vehicles and ended up purchasing our first choice. However, Sergio pointed out that a certain specification did not appear to be includ specific used vehicles and ended up purchasing our first choice. However, Sergio pointed out that a certain specification did not appear to be included on the vehicle (deal breaker); after carefully researching the VIN it was determined that the vehicle did in fact meet the specification.
