I recently had a routine service scheduled for my Honda Pilot. Upon check-in I worked with Chris Smith from the Kuni Honda Service Department. I've only been to Kuni Honda for service twice before. This was my first time working with Chris and I must say I was very thankful he was the Service Rep helping me that day. I am an avid coupon shopper so when I showed up with multiple coupons Chris took the time to locate the one with the best discount for my scheduled appointment. Within 30 minutes of dropping my car off I had a return call giving me the status of the multi-point inspection. There was a minor filter item that needed attention in addition to the service I came in for that day. In less than 20 minutes from the time I gave authorization I received my second call stating the work was completed and my car was ready to pick up at my convenience. I also had a detailed service document in my email inbox with all the items covered and cost so I knew exactly what to expect when I picked up the car. I have worked with many Dealerships in the Denver area over the years. I was quite surprised by the level of efficiency and customer service demonstrated by Chris. Congratulations on a job well done! I look forward to my next visit to Kuni Honda. More
Terrible experience at Kuni today. We went in hoping to leave in a vehicle who's sale was advertisied on their website, went so far as to call ahead twice and also spoke to people online to make sure the d leave in a vehicle who's sale was advertisied on their website, went so far as to call ahead twice and also spoke to people online to make sure the details of this sale were valid and able to be honored. Only after we spent time there and test drove were we told the sale was not what it was advertised to be, rather it was "two different incentives that had been written together" ( although nothing on the flyer or fine print corroborated that) Left very dissapointed and upset at the typical "salesman gimics" we encountered, and dissapointed that they would not honor clearly marked terms of sale from their own dealerships ad. More
