This was my first time working with Chris and I must say I was very thankful he was the Service Rep helping me that day. I am an avid coupon shopper so when I showed up with multiple coupons Chris took the time to locate the one with the best discount for my scheduled appointment. Within 30 minutes of dropping my car off I had a return call giving me the status of the multi-point inspection. There was a minor filter item that needed attention in addition to the service I came in for that day. In less than 20 minutes from the time I gave authorization I received my second call stating the work was completed and my car was ready to pick up at my convenience. I also had a detailed service document in my email inbox with all the items covered and cost so I knew exactly what to expect when I picked up the car. I have worked with many Dealerships in the Denver area over the years. I was quite surprised by the level of efficiency and customer service demonstrated by Chris. Congratulations on a job well done!
