I went in to purchase a vehicle on 7/18/12. When I arrived I was greeted upon entering the dealership and immediately offered cold water, which was wonderful since it was over 90 degrees outside. I was quickly introduced to Justin Cook and Jesse Gonzales, who I had an appointment with. Justin was amazing and listened to everything that I wanted and did not want. He took the time to understand my needs and showed me all of my options and stayed within my price range, which I cannot say about other dealerships. Once I picked a vehicle I worked with Jesse Gonzales on the numbers. Jesse was very patient, listened to what my limits were with monthly payments and explained everything to me better than anyone ever has. He listened to my concerns and was able to work with them and provide solutions to them. The finance process with Omar was very pleasant and quick. He was very good at explaining all the ins and outs of my loan and made sure I understood everything before asking me to sign anything. I received a follow up phone call and email from Justin three days after my purchase to make sure that everything was still to my satisfaction and to thank me for my business. The entire team at Kuni Honda has made this experience so wonderful, simple and easy and that I will recommend everyone I know to do business with them. They definitely have a customer for life! My experience at Kuni was great for several reasons. First off, I didn't feel like I was being "sold", I felt like Christopher really wanted to find the right vehicle for my daughter. When we saw that the headlights were a bit fogged he did what he understood my concern and had it taken care of. The paperwork piece went very smoothly and quickly. I told Chris and James where I needed to be price-wise, and they made it happen. Best, and easiest care buying experience I've ever had. The car also was immaculate for a 1999 vehicle.
