I needed to turn in my leased CRV today but due to some significant life issues in the past year my credit score had dropped about 120 points recently I needed to turn in my leased CRV today but due to some significant life issues in the past year my credit score had dropped about 120 points recently. I wasn't sure I would be able to get any kind of loan to be able to leave with a car. Roman is a very kind salesperson that was willing to take TIME to see what could be done. Chris the sales manager that ran my credit saw how poor the options were, took more of his time to figure out not only would buying out my lease be a poor deal for monthly payments for me but ran numbers to show me the difference between leasing a new HRV vs a CRV. Roman took the time to search the lot to see which were fixed hail damage cars so I could get one at an even lower cosr but still looked nramd new. They were both amazing and while telling the general manager Larry that I had a great experience, I found him to be very personable as well.
