My husband and I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot @ Kuni Honda and it was litterally the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We have purchased several vehicles through GM and have not been happy, so we decided to try Honda. We were on a time crunch when we went in there and Joe made sure we were in a out in the time we told him. Also, Kuni gave us a reasonable trade in on our vehicle and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and the terms of our loan. Overall great experience!! More

The only complaint was with the financial employee, Miles, as we had to wait in the lobby for quite awhile and were not really told how long our wait would be. First, if you are looking for great customer service, go see Chris O at Kuni Honda. He took very good care of my fiance and I, and was patient while we went back and forth on what car we wanted. I called Chris to let him know, he said to bring it in and they will address it. When we brought the car in their service department was very nice and fixed the issue without charging us anything.
