First off, I find dealing with dealerships extremely painful. Kuni was very pressure free. I came in to look at Honda Pilots. The facility was very nice and clean. The service was excellent. I purchased my 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX. Chris Hobson was the one who helped me and was very understanding what I was wanting in this vehicle. Now the impressive part of kuni-honda is when my car went to the safety inspection they found that the clutch was basically destroyed and needed to be replaced. It was a $2,600.00 dollar fix. Now unlike most dealerships they would just tack on the service fee to the loan and send you on your way, but Kuni decided to fix the clutch for no additional cost! This is the way to run a dealership. I would recommend kuni honda to any of my family or friends to purchase a car because I know Im gonna go there next time Im looking for my next vehicle. I had my brake pads replaced using a free brake pad coupon, which was a pretty good deal! Not only were the brake pads free, but since I was in a tight spot, needing to get to work in a hurry, Bill len coupon, which was a pretty good deal! After having the car reviewed, the part was ordered. I had to return to the dealership on a separate visit in order to have the mirror fixed which is an 80 mile round trip.
