Traded in car for used BMW 3 series. Great experience.... two small issues with the BMW were immediately remedied at Kuni's cost. I would recommend this dealership for the bonuses given (nitro in tires, car washes, etc.) Also, the friendliness/courtesy was great - especially by Larry. But, the process took a lot longer than I had hoped. Also, I felt the fact that there was a "push" for the clear coat and body protection done at the financing session (vs the "settling on the price" session) was a little underhanded. I felt that the price was set, and then there was this other "add-on" revealed to me later. It seemed a little deceptive. Also, there was a sign at the front desk implying there would be minimal bargaining as the price would be very reasonable imitially - but then a lot of bargaining took place (therefore there was room for price variation). Anyway, I have not bought many cars in the past so I do not have much to compare against, but this was not an easy experience, but it wasn't horrible either. More

We were looking a vehicle and were interested in a reasonably priced Honda Pilot with reasonable mileage. We found one online and went to the dealership and were greeted by Justin Crum and his supervi reasonably priced Honda Pilot with reasonable mileage. We met Jesse to buy a used CRV. HE showed us our top two choices and provided excellent information and answered our questions about different years and makes with amazing recall. We have purchased twelve choices and provided excellent information and answered our questions about different years and makes with amazing recall. We have purchased twelve cars in our 38 year marriage and have never been impressed by the person selling them to us. Until, Jesse. He has a nonsense low keyed approach. He also was sensitive to our time which many car dealers are like doctors: appproach , wait, see, wait. After our transaction, he appeared with an immaculate car, inside and outside and we drove out convinced we had bought a brand new CRV rather than a 2010 used vehicle. I am a teacher.
