I took my car in for it's first oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour and my car had its oil changed, tires rotated, and was washed! All of this was free of charge. I brought my Honda Pilot in because I could hear a metallic noise when the vehicle is moving. As it turned out, my car needed new brake pads. The Service Consultant I worked with was Roberta Callow. She was very professional and friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I had a coupon to use for the service which would have saved me about $50. However, Roberta was kind enough to point out that another coupon I had in hand could save me more so she recommended me using the other coupon. As a result, I ended up getting a bigger saving on my service. She could have just taken the coupon I gave her and processed my bill but instead she went beyond and looked out for my interest. Thank you Roberta for your help. More
I left my SUV there for 9 hrs for service they did not touch it, and then insulted me with a 10% off offer for my trouble. I made an ap't, brought it in on time and I was there 8 hours later to pick up t touch it, and then insulted me with a 10% off offer for my trouble. I made an ap't, brought it in on time and I was there 8 hours later to pick up the SUV and was told it was not done and to wait. One hour of waiting and then was told they had not started work on it. I was offered a loaner car (which would take 10 minutes to get ready), wait for the service to be done (the same serve they could not do in the previous 9 hours). I was already out a wad of cash for being an hour late to pick up my daughter at her day care (the same one hour they had me wait). I took back my car and asked them to "make it right by me". They offered me a 10% discount on air filters. I already had a 10% discount coupon. They offered to pick up the SUV at my work/home and replace it with a loaner car. Totally ignoring the fact they made a promise (on the service write up) to have the vehicle ready when they said it would be. I guess promises are made to be broken. I held up my end of the deal. Update (3/19/12)- Dealer and I worked out a compromise. Now a N/A rating from me. More

Scott Conley, my salesman, took the time to understand my needs and recognized that I was looking at the wrong body style of car. He got me to then test drive a Civic coupe which felt substantial, with a ve needs and recognized that I was looking at the wrong body style of car. The product specialist's name was Justin Cook, who greeted me promptly upon my arrival. I told him about my situation and gave him an idea of what I was looking for. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me 4-5 vehicles that matched my preferences and I did get to test drive one of them that day. I look to purchase a vehicle in the next month or two and I will be back to Kuni Honda to do so. More
