I took my car in for it's first oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour and my car had its oil changed, tires rotated, and was washed! All of this was free of charge. I brought my Honda Pilot in because I could hear a metallic noise when the vehicle is moving. As it turned out, my car needed new brake pads. The Service Consultant I worked with was Roberta Callow. She was very professional and friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I had a coupon to use for the service which would have saved me about $50. However, Roberta was kind enough to point out that another coupon I had in hand could save me more so she recommended me using the other coupon. As a result, I ended up getting a bigger saving on my service. She could have just taken the coupon I gave her and processed my bill but instead she went beyond and looked out for my interest.
